Sattel-Hochstuckli is accessible via the world’s first revolving cable car. With its Kinderland children’s area, 374-metre pedestrian suspension bridge, two groomed winter walking trails and the great toboggan run down into the valley, this winter walking and ski resort turns every visit into an adventure for the whole family.

Sattel-Hochstuckli offers everything you need for a successful winter’s day. 14 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes, a three-kilometre toboggan run and a large children’s area where kids can learn to ski with ease and enjoyment. For walkers, there are two groomed winter walking trails, always with the option of crossing the ‘Skywalk’ pedestrian suspension bridge.

The toboggan run starts at the Mostelberg mountain station. You can reach this in comfort with the revolving cable car. The toboggan run from the mountain station down to the valley station is approximately three kilometres in length and starts with a gliding section and a steep, curving and fast middle section. Fun is guaranteed!

Guests can buy single rides on the cable car or purchase a day ticket. A helmet, winter clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended. Toboggans can be hired at the mountain station.

Every Saturday night, you can enjoy tobogganing on the illuminated night-time piste. The revolving cable car up to the Mostelberg mountain station runs continuously from 6 pm to 10 pm. After your night-time tobogganing adventure, you can enjoy a fondue at one of the cosy mountain restaurants. The last cable car down to the valley departs at 11 pm.
