This family-friendly lido is located directly by Lake Lucerne. Thanks to the gently sloping beach and numerous play equipment, families with children feel particularly at home here.

The Strandbad Hopfräben lido features a well-tended sunbathing lawn with numerous shady trees. There is a large, gently sloping  gravel beach by the shore. The lido is perfect for families with children, as little visitors can play for hours in the shallow water. There is also a children’s paddling pool and a playground with a slide. Swimmers can take a break on the two wooden pontoons in the lake. There is also a ping-pong table to offer variety. The lido features changing rooms, showers and toilets.

The lido restaurant offers snacks, hot and cold food, drinks and sweets.

The lakeside lido is located outside Brunnen village centre towards Gersau, right by the Schiller bus stop. There is also limited pay-and-display parking.
