Sattel-Hochstuckli can be reached via revolving cable car. The 374-metre suspension bridge and various attractions (bouncy castles, tubing run, toboggan run) make this walking region an idyllic adventure for young and old.
The lift you travel on to get here is the world’s first revolving cable car. It carries you up to the excursion destination in comfort. During the ride, the gondola revolves twice on its own axis to reveal the impressive panorama outside.
From paths for a leisurely stroll, through to varied circular walking trails – in Sattel-Hochstuckli, families, nature lovers and athletes will find what they need to pursue their interests. The walking trails are geared towards a variety of ability levels. Two of them are suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. For children, the Geissä Wäg theme and adventure trail with seven interactive posts is an adventure. The trail leads along the Engelstock to the Blüemlisberg goat farm.
The 374-metre «Skywalk» pedestrian suspension bridge offers sheer adventure and thrills. In order to reach the other side of the valley, you cross the suspension bridge at 58 metres above the ground. Visitors in wheelchairs and families with pushchairs can also experience this sensation.
The lightning-fast toboggan run and tubing run set visitors’ pulses racing. Children can romp on the bouncy castle. The great range of attractions offers fun and recreation for every age group and for the whole family.
There are several beautifully designed barbecue areas in Sattel-Hochstuckli, with firewood provided. There are also various cosy mountain inns to provide guests with food and drink.
