Happiness can be so simple – bite into a piece of chocolate, close your eyes and enjoy. Turn this moment into something truly special with Felchlin Chocolate at our culinary event.
Swiss chocolatiers are among the best in the world and their creations delight people globally. Ibach, Schwyz, is home to the Max Felchlin chocolate factory, a provider of premium-quality chocolates. As a niche producer, Felchlin has specialised in the production of fine Grand Cru couvertures, which has paid off for the business. In 2004, it received the gold medal for the world’s best chocolate for its ‘Maracaibo Clasificado 65%’ Grand Cru chocolate.
Let yourself be spirited away to the world of exquisite delicacies by Alois Immoos, promoter of fine cocoa and chocolate culture. You will learn all about the history and origins of fine cocoa and the production of the world’s best Grand Cru chocolate by Felchlin. In the process, you will get to sample a few great Grand Cru specialities and receive an introduction into the tasting terminology specifically invented for this purpose. The event takes place at an inn in Schwyz, as the chocolate factory itself cannot offer tours owing to reasons of hygiene. Complement the culinary event by also enjoying a wine or kirsch tasting at the same time.
