Schlittelstübli – the event hut

The Schlittenstübli is situated on the 2.5km-long toboggan run between Alpthal and Brunni and is a cosy and rustic little restaurant. Experience your tobogganing and fondue fun in the event hut.

From August you can make reservations for parties, celebrations or events in the Schlittelstübli by appointment. They will be happy to prepare a barbecue with various market-fresh salads for your occasion, or an aperitif. They use meat and sausages from their own production or from the Einsiedeln village butcher's shop.

The team at the Schlittenstübli will be happy to organise a sledging party for your event by prior arrangement. You can take the minibus to the start of the toboggan run. On request, an aperitif (mulled wine and bread rolls) will be served in the tepee. Afterwards, you can whizz down the powdery snow to the tobogganing parlour with your sledge or bock. In the cosy "Stübli" you will be served a homemade fondue. Alternatively you can book a snowshoe tour.
