In autumn 2014, the Gasthaus Schwyzer-Stubli was accepted into the international gastronomic society ‘Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs’.
The Gasthaus Schwyzer-Stubli is a listed and unique historic building dating from the 17th century and situated in the village centre of Schwyz. Here you are made to feel welcome and served delicious food in a historical setting. The setting is divided into five different areas – from the cosy arbour to the historic snug, the quaint wine cellar, the elegant Paradiesli hall and modern lounge. The head chef and his team prepare traditional dishes with a modern twist.
The stage is set for a hearty dinner in Schwyz.
