Extension of the certificate requirement

Dear guests, please note that as of Monday, 13 September 2021, a valid Covid certificate and an official ID are required for consumption in restaurant (indoor), museums and other leisure establishments. A Covid certificate is required from the age of 16. A self-conducted rapid test without a certificate is not sufficient.  A certificate is also required for offers. Thank you for your understanding.

Rotenflue to Ibergeregg
Enjoy the mountain ride with the Rotenfluebahn to the Rotenflue, where the hike to Ibergeregg begins. On the way you will find lovely mountain restaurants with playgrounds and beautiful views of the Stoos Alps and Hoch-Ybrig. The post bus takes you back to the valley station of the Rotenflue cable car.

 

The Rotenflue - Bus Combi is available from 5 June to 17 October 2021 at the Rotenfluebahn or on the bus. You can find more information at: mythenregion.ch

Parking
The car parks in Brunni-Alpthal, Ibergeregg, Handgruobi and at the Rotenfluebahn valley station are all chargeable.
Arrival / Return journey
Take the A4 motorway to the Seewen/Schwyz exit. From there you can get to Rickenbach via Schwyz to the valley station of the Rotenfluebahn or to Ibergeregg.

 

From Zurich, you can reach the Mythen region via the A3 motorway to the Einsiedeln exit. From Einsiedeln, continue to Brunni-Alpthal.

Located in the middle of central Switzerland, directly on the north-south axis, the Mythen region can be reached quickly from all directions, both by car and by train. From Zurich in approx. 45 minutes and from Lucerne or Zug in only 30 minutes.
